Educational Technology @ MA
Marin Academy integrates technology throughout the curriculum and students will
utilize technology in many different ways throughout their four years
at MA. It is our goal to graduate media literate students who
use technology as a tool in learning and communicating with their peers, teachers, and people around the world. The Marin Academy Library also provides a collection of online database resources for use in student and faculty research.
Our goal is to provide ubiquitous computing for students and faculty. To meet this goal
Marin Academy maintains computer equipment and a wide arrange of other media equipment in labs and classrooms all over campus. We provide a high speed Internet connection via a fiber-optic
"backbone" and wireless access points running throughout campus.
All members of the community have access to an e-mail
account and digital storage facilities. (Parental permission is required before students may be given network, Internet, and E-mail access.)
